However, Miss Colorado, Kelley Johnson, stood out by delivering a heartfelt monologue about her experience caring for an elderly Alzheimer’s patient.
Wearing nurse scrubs, she moved the audience with her powerful story andA graduate of Grand View University, Kelley earned a nursing degree in 2015, graduating as valedictorian.
She now works as a registered nurse, and regardless of the competition’s outcome, she has already won the hearts of many.
