Ingredients:

  • 1 Ribeye steak (about 1.5 inches thick)
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Instructions:

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
