3. The Perfect Ribeye Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ribeye steak (about 1.5 inches thick)
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Sear: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot. Season your Ribeye generously with salt and pepper. Place the steak in the skillet and sear for 2 minutes on each side.
